Oppose on the basis of inaccessibility of the request as currently stated. What's this template is about? What is it for. It isn't in use anywhere (well not in use as transcluded, and it doesn't have a {{Z number}}). Why should it be moved? I am struggling to understand what this template is for. It does not appear to be used anywhere, although editing QuteCom says Template:Latest stable software release/QuteCom, the destination name, is transcluded somehow (??).
