12.17

The template is latest stable software release, so I would suggest just leaving 12.17 for Windows out.

Pro: it's less confusing for people who don't know what Presto is, or why two versions would be "latest".
Con: if 12.17 isn't mentioned, some people will wonder why / it may get added back repeatedly.
