Not intended for use on article pages
[edit]Is the rationale why this use on article pages is discouraged discussed anywhere, or does someone have a quick summary? —Salton Finneger (talk) 14:25, 24 February 2016 (UTC)
- Most obviously because it would be a vandalism tool, a quick way to identify pages no one seems to be working on or paying attention to, so one can insert toilet humor about one's school teachers. — SMcCandlish ☺ ☏ ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ≼ 21:33, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
Is it possible to get most recent edit time of another page?
[edit]Hello, On my user page, I want to get the last edited date of one of my user sub-pages (specifically the page I use to keep track of my edit count for all my userboxes, like service awards). On my main userpage, I want to show the last time I updated this sub page. Is there some undocumented way or is it possible that one of you lovely folks could make an addition that allows me to show the last changed date of another page?
