Missing parameter

[edit]

There should be an "influenced" parameter, as there is in {{Infobox scientist}} — Preceding unsigned comment added by Leão Valraios (talkcontribs) 05:21, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Leão Valraios: The parameter was removed as the result of an RFC; see there for the reasons. Wikiacc () 15:36, 28 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

IDEAS / RePEc from Wikidata?

[edit]

Could we have this template retrieve IDEAS / RePEc information from RePEc Short-ID (P2428) on Wikidata? --bender235 (talk) 14:42, 19 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To my knowledge, there's no Wikidata item corresponding to repec_prefix. And IDEAS pages, which appear to require the prefix, are better-formatted than the Author Service pages which don't, e.g., [1] compared to [2]. Wikiacc () 21:55, 19 June 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Field for Books / Notable works

[edit]

Hello, Am I missing these fields, should I be looking elsewhere? Thanks. Ktin (talk) 17:21, 29 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Request that the Alma Mater parameter moved up

[edit]

Can someone move the alma mater parameter out of the academic career (up into the same space nationality/birth date/etc). Academic career starts after a person finishes their educational training - also most other infoboxes don't ground the parameter so low as this one does. Wikidata automatization ?

[edit]

Hi, I am trying to contribute on Wikidata around social sciences themes. In case you want to automatize this infobox at some point, it may be interesting to create new properties. I started to list relevant properties here : Wikidata:WikiProject Wikidata for research/Data models/Social science results.
