Line spacing

[edit]

The "Major Practice Areas" field wraps onto multiple lines and there seems to be extra space between those lines. This can be confusing when the entry is also long enough to wrap, in which case it sometimes misleadingly appears as if there are two fields, one "Major Practice" and one "Area". If anyone knows how to eliminate that extra space, please do. Thanks! Pygora123 04:35, 6 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Attorneys

[edit]

The term 'Attorney at law ' is used only in a few countries, so this template should allow an alternative form of words to "No. of attorneys" such as "No. of qualified lawyers" for law firms that are based in other countries in line with MOS:TIES. Qwfp (talk) 14:18, 26 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you use |num_lawyers= instead of |num_attorneys=, it will do almost exactly what you suggest. Thanks! Plastikspork ―Œ(talk) 00:51, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks for documenting that previously undocumented option. I've added it to the copy-pastable code in the documentation to make it more visible, as I'm sure i'm not the only editor who would otherwise overlook it. Hope that's OK. Feel free to improve wording of accompanying comment. Qwfp (talk) 09:09, 28 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Founder

[edit]

When "founder" is changed to "founders" the section disappears. How can this be made plural for a firm with multiple founders? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.70.84.213 (talk) 12:24, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

For the moment, I suggest to use just |founder= ; in the long run, I think some code construct involving | label10 = {{#if:{{{founders|}}} ... and similarly for |data10= might do what you want. -- Michael Bednarek (talk) 12:44, 9 September 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Slogan

[edit]

This infobox has the highly-promotion "slogan" which has been removed from infobox company, airline, etc. It should be removed from here as well. MB 22:19, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
