gets a stream of junk edit requests (requests unrelated to article changes) from IP users who clicked the wrong result on a search engine and seem to know just enough English to click in the necessary places to add the request. They're all mobile users and they do not see page headers, and probably would not understand them if they did.

As a way to cut this down, I proposed the following blunt edit notice:
