Per this discussion, could a standalone edit notice be created containing {{BLP editintro}}?

Done @Samtar: If there are any developments of a new proposed category that should make the page display {{BLP editintro}} other than the ones at MediaWiki:Common.js (search "Magic editintros"), the editnotice here should probably be removed. — Andy W.
