Why this template

[edit]

This template has been created because unlike Template:Current it is more a coverage of a given subject. For example bremelanotide is currently being featured by ABC News in a story they are running tonight. This type of coverage is not "event" based. (Netscott) 00:02, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Although I can see its relevance, I think this template should be made more similarly to {{High-traffic}} than {{current}}. Maybe something like "between X and Y, this article's topic was discussed by a major media"? The name is just asking for confusion. Although frankly, I think that's a bit template-crufty. I think it's a pertinent redirect nonetheless. I wouldn't be surprised if it came to be used, even if by mistake. Circeus 00:17, 2 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]
