Please change the flag used for the otto alias from .svg){kind=small}
to .svg){kind=small}
(or .svg){kind=small}
, but this one has awkward proportions. The 1858–1862 version is 2:3 and is nearly identical). There is no reason why the tag otto should be using the plain civil flag instead of the official one with the lighter colours and the Bavarian coat of arms of Otto's house.
