The Naval template is wrong as it uses the wrong naval ensign
The Correct one is:
| flag alias-naval = علم القوات البحرية المصرية.gif
Because this is the correct navel ensign

@Primefac: I just made my requested changes to the template's sandbox (which I had to create, as it didn't exist until now) first, as you asked me to.
