Would it be feasible to add Run-length encoding support to the gadget? The exact specification used by most cellular automata simulation programs is provided in this article on LifeWiki. The gadget on Breeder (cellular automaton) would be reduced from ~30 KB to ~10 KB this way, though it would still constitute an overwhelming majority of the page source.
