Can we really say that Michal Gulyas is a "withdrawn candidate"? To me, a withdrawn candidate is one who withdraws after the official candidates are announced, or at least some kind of formal process (primaries etc.) has made them a candidate. Otherwise we could just include anyone who was considering it but decided not to.. Jdcooper (talk) 19:53, 28 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
