This talk page template is used at the top of talk pages of pages within the scope of WikiProject North America.
Usage
[edit]To tag an article
[edit]Place either {{WikiProject North America}} or {{WikiProject North America|class=|importance=}} at the top of the talk page.
To assess article
[edit]- Fill in the template at the top of the page with the relevant assessment slots. If the template is {{WikiProject North America}}, you can add the other sections, so that it looks like {{WikiProject North America|class= |importance= }}.
- Where it says "class=", fill out the proper class. They are Stub, Start, C, B, A, GA, and FA for articles, and List or FL for lists. Note that in order for articles to receive the ratings A, GA, FA, and FL, they must be peer reviewed and community approved at those rankings. New articles should not be given the ratings A, GA, or FA, and new lists should not be given the rating FL.
- Redirects, Disambiguation pages, and Templates, do not get rated on this scale. Categories have the class "redirect" disambuiguation pages have the class "disambig" and templates have the class "template" (all without quotes.)
- If you do not feel comfortable deciding on the classes, you don't have to. You can leave the section blank.
