Template:Wheelchaircurlingbox/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Usage

[edit]

For use on pages with results of wheelchair curling games. This template functions similar to {{Curlingbox8}}

A blank template, for easy copy-and-paste:

{{ Wheelchaircurlingbox
| sheet =
| team1 =
||||||||| |
| team2 =
||||||||| |
}}

The parameters include:

  • sheet: the name of the sheet
  • teamX: the name of the skip; alternatively, the name of the team with the skip in parentheses. Note that the team with the hammer in the first end should be denoted with the template {{X}}.
  • The end-by-end scores for each team should go on the lines below the team; the final score goes at the end of the line below the team.
    • Leave the extra end blank unless it is actually played; note that the final input is for the final score.
    • If a match is played fewer than 8 ends, mark any conceded ends with an X or x.

Examples

[edit]

From the 2011 World Wheelchair Curling Championship:

{{ Wheelchaircurlingbox
| sheet = D
| team1 = {{CAN}} (Armstrong) {{X}}
|0|3|0|1|0|1|0|0| |5
| team2 = {{USA}} (Perez)
|0|0|1|0|1|0|1|1| |4
}}
Sheet D 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 Final
 Canada (Armstrong) (has hammer) 0 3 0 1 0 1 0 0 5
 United States (Perez) 0 0 1 0 1 0 1 1 4

Note the following:

  • the hammer is placed for the team with the last stone in the first end.
