Usage
[edit]This template is intended for placement on any user page that describes the user's occupational and avocational associations and interests. Such associations may be represented with userboxes.
To add the template, place {{user disclosure}} on the page where desired.
If the disclosure is being used as a single section of a user page, {{user disclosure|S}} can be used to change the wording of the disclosure from "page" to "section."
