Usage
[edit]Without parameters, produces the as-built list of Spruance-class destroyer armament:
- 2 × 5 in (127 mm) 54 caliber Mark 45 dual purpose guns
- 2 × 20 mm Phalanx CIWS Mark 15 guns
- 1 × 8 cell ASROC launcher (removed)
- 1 × 8 cell NATO Sea Sparrow Mark 29 missile launcher
- 2 × quadruple Harpoon missile canisters
- 2 × Mark 32 triple 12.75 in (324 mm) torpedo tubes (Mk 46 torpedoes)
With the |launcher=VLS parameter specified, the VLS launcher system info is additionally displayed below the above default list:
- 1 × 61 cell Mk 41 VLS launcher for Tomahawk missiles
With the |launcher=ABL parameter specified, the ABL launcher system info is additionally displayed below the above default list:
- 2 × quadruple armored box launcher (ABL) Mark 43 Tomahawk missile launchers
- Note
This template may be specified with either |launcher=VLS-only or |launcher=ABL-only to suppress the default armament list and only display the specified launcher system (VLS or ABL, respectively). These parameter values are probably only useful for documentation purposes of this template (see this documentation source).

A template for displaying the common armament list of Spruance-class destroyer infoboxes. It is parameterized to list the later-installed VLS or ABL launcher systems.
