Usage
[edit]Use as a table header, with {{PoIgb}} for each row, and {{PoIgb end}} for the footer.
Use {{PoIgb start}} to make the table initially open, or {{PoIgb start|type=collapsed}} for the table to be initially collapsed with a show button to expand it.
