This is an image copyright tag. Add this template to an image to show its copyright status.
This template adds files to Category:Copyright holder released public domain files.
Usage
[edit]{{PD-author|<!-- optional: name of creator -->}}
Parameters
[edit]The template takes the name of the image's creator as an optional parameter. If added, the creator's name will display on the template, replacing the text "the copyright holder".
