Given a festival, returns the IAST encoding of the masa of that festival from wikidata.

Parameters

festival
an optional parameter that specifies the name of a festival. If present, this should exactly match the title of the wikipage of a festival. If this parameter is not specified, the wikidata item of the current page (where this template is transcluded) will be used.
method
an optional parameter that specified the Hindu calendric tradition that must be used. Value must be one of amanta (default) / purnimanta.
end
an optional positional parameter that specifies if the end date of a multi-day festival is being requested.
