Template:Hani/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Usage

[edit]

Tags text as being Chinese characters, or CJK ideographs, but in an unspecified language.

Meaning, the text could be either

  • specifically presenting the characters in and of themselves, without tying them to any specific language, or
  • they could equally belong to one of several languages that use Chinese characters as a part of their writing system.

Specifically, this template applies the ISO 639-3 language tag und-Hani to text.
