  • The article is long enough, was created in the last five days, it is neutral, and cites sources. There is no evidence of copyright violations. The hook is under 200 characters, it is sourced, but not very interesting. I believe that it is good to go with the hook I suggest below.
  • ALT 1: ... that the Wright Opera House Block, a three-story Italianate commercial building constructed of cream-colored brick, was built for $20,000?
