  • ... that the Women's Antifascist Front of Croatia (rally pictured) mobilized Croatian women into resistance against fascist occupiers, tasking them with ammunition transport, sabotage, diversion and economy sustainment?
  • ALT1:... that the Women's Antifascist Front of Croatia (rally pictured) was set up mainly to mobilize Croatian women into resistance against fascist occupation, but was later criticized for "errors that tend toward feminism"?

  • This article is new enough and long enough. The article seems sufficiently neutral but I am unsure about the licensing of the image. I doubt there are any copyright issues but I do not have access to the sources so am unable to check. The ALT1 hook is not satisfactory; it does not quote the same phrase as the article and I do not understand the quote anyway. The original hook is too long at 216 characters. Thanks for reviewing, Cwmhiraeth! Wow, I've managed the misquote it in both the article and the hook! It should say "errors that tend toward feminism", but I left out the verb in the article and the preposition in the hook. Does the correct quote make more sense to you? Anyway, the original hook is only 199 characters long without the "(rally pictured)", which is not counted per WP:DYKHOOK. The licensing of the image is explained at the file page, as well as by the public domain stamp at the bottom of the source page. Surtsicna (talk) 10:29, 13 September 2016 (UTC)
  • Thank you. If you are correct that "(rally pictured)" does not count towards the 200 characters, you are just about OK with ALT0, and it could easily be trimmed by the removal of the word "Croatian". Either hook could be used but I prefer the original hook. As for the image, I am unsure whether the information given below he file is acceptable or not, so the promoter can re-evaluate its status.
