... that Winchester United Church(pictured), a place of worship in the City of Winchester District, Hampshire, was built into the walls of the former county jail? Source: This is mentioned and referenced (ref [66]) in the prose in the last paragraph of "Overview of the district and its places of worship" and is repeated in the church's "blurb" in the "Current places of worship" table. It is also mentioned in the church article itself in the lead (ref [1]) and the "History" paragraph (ref [3]; same reference as above).
Overall: Exceptional work on both articles Hassocks5489, particularly the list article, which seems like a comprehensive overview of the topic. This won't hold up the DYK, but List of places of worship in the City of Winchester District has a citation error ("The named reference 2010Pevsner253-255 was invoked but never defined").
