5x expanded by Cwmhiraeth (talk). Self-nominated at 09:23, 15 July 2019 (UTC).
- In the Wildlife of Mozambique article, the third paragraph of the "Geography" section requires citation, and some entries in the "National parks" and "National reserves" subsections are uncited. Aoba47 (talk) 16:03, 18 July 2019 (UTC)
- @Aoba47: Thanks! I have added the missing citations. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:44, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
- Thank you for adding the citations. I believe that everything is addressed now. Date, length, hook, age, and everything else checks out. Aoba47 (talk) 19:44, 19 July 2019 (UTC)
- Hi, I came by to promote this. For Wildlife of Mozambique, I notice that you copied about 1500 characters of text from Mozambique, but the expansion is 5x that amount, so it satisfies Rule A5. However, none of the articles that are connected in the hook are actually connected in any of the articles. There's no mention of Mozambique in Lumnitzera racemosa or Xylocarpus granatum, and no mention of these species in Wildlife in Mozambique. Moreover, the common name for Lumnitzera racemosa needs a citation in that article. Yoninah (talk) 23:04, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
- Apologies for missing that. I am not that experienced with doing DYK reviews, and I will do better with future ones. Aoba47 (talk) 23:39, 17 August 2019 (UTC)
- One second. I just found the sentence including both species in Wildlife of Mozambique. So all that's needed now is a cite for the common name for Lumnitzera racemosa. Yoninah (talk) 00:10, 18 August 2019 (UTC)
- Done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:36, 18 August 2019 (UTC)

- Unfortunately given the amount copied from other articles the Wildlife of Mozambique article is well short of the expansion requirements. Nikkimaria (talk) 13:04, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
- Good take. I reckon the article was 211 characters before I started expanding it, and 1800 after I had copied the text, which gives 1589 characters as a starting point. It needs to be 7945 characters for a five-fold expansion and is currently 6758 characters. The text I copied from Protected areas of Mozambique doesn't count. Do I want to add another 1200 characters? I'm thinking about it. Do you agree my figures? @Nikkimaria: Cwmhiraeth (talk) 17:35, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
- 1800 would be the starting point - the content that was originally here plus the content you copied in. Nikkimaria (talk) 19:23, 19 August 2019 (UTC)
- Yes, I guess you are correct. I would like to suggest this nomination goes ahead with the approved hook as a two article hook, but with the article Wildlife of Mozambique linked but unbolded, like this
- 1800 would be the starting point - the content that was originally here plus the content you copied in. Nikkimaria (talk) 19:23, 19 August 2019 (UTC)

- Thanks, Cwmhiraeth, I think that's the best solution. And I want to get that cannonball on the main page! Restoring tick per above reviews. Yoninah (talk) 09:05, 20 August 2019 (UTC)
