Welcome to Rainbow
[edit]... that all tracks from extended play Welcome to Rainbow of Basshunter was released on further Basshunter studio albums?...that Welcome to Rainbow is one of Basshunter's independent releases released prior to signing a record deal?...that Welcome to Rainbow was initially annnounced by Basshunter as single?...that "Boten Anna" from Welcome to Rainbow was downloaded 37 000 times in 24 hours after upload?

- I'm afraid I've struck the hook proposed here as it's not interesting to a broad audience, and it's not hooky or unusual enough for DYK. Tracks being re-released in later compilations is very common if not the norm for an artist, so I don't see how this is any different. A new hook is needed here. - @Narutolovehinata5: I added new proposals. Eurohunter (talk) 19:07, 5 April 2019 (UTC)
- Honestly none of these proposals are good either, they don't appeal to those who aren't fans of the band. Try writing a hook that even people who aren't familiar with the band would like. I could help give you suggestions if you're having trouble. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 19:15, 5 April 2019 (UTC)

@Narutolovehinata5: This runs into the same issues as the The Early Bedroom Sessions DYK nomination. The first two hooks are not particularly interesting or unique to the article so I would not use either. The third hook also does not work as it is expect for a single to be downloaded a lot. Unless there is something special about it being downloaded 37,000 times (like breaking a record for the artist or in general), then it also fails the interesting/"hooky" aspect and it borders too much on promotional for my taste. This source mentions how the site crashed due to the amount of traffic, but I am still on the fence on that one. I am uncertain if there is anything that could be made into a hook from this article. I have struck all of the above hooks as not being interesting to a broad audience. I will give Eurohunter one week to expand the article further and try to find new information that could be used as a hook. If this is not accomplished, this nomination will be marked for closure as unsuccessful. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 01:04, 10 April 2019 (UTC)
- @Narutolovehinata5: I think this is on limit. I have no idea what I could add yet (following the avaiable sources). In this moment I have no also any other idea for hook. Eurohunter (talk) 19:38, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
- Noted. I will take that as a withdrawal, as I agree that there really doesn't seem to be any other option at this point. Narutolovehinata5 tccsdnew 23:26, 13 April 2019 (UTC)
