- It seems some users before me have given this article some copy edits, decided to give it one myself for extra polish. Very nice little article about an interesting concept. Article is new and long enough. The Criticism section seems to focus on externalities causing BUMDes to flounder and not receive governmental financial support, so I changed the heading to "Challenges", as it otherwise feels a bit unfair to the BUMDes. I have machine-translated the hook fact, and the article directly cited does corroborate the facts for ALT0 and ALT2. I have tweaked ALT0 to indicate that the figure was drawn from a 2021 sample and edited ALT3 to spell out "percent" per MOS:%. Prefer ALT3 as the most interesting. QPQ done.
