Nomination was created in February 2019 but never transcluded and never formatted as a proper DYK. It's far too late to do anything with it now; belatedly closing it as unsuccessful. It can be nominated again in future if it is expanded fivefold or if it becomes a Good Article and is nominated within seven days of start of expansion or becoming a GA.
