Tritt auf die Glaubensbahn, BWV 152
[edit]- ... that Bach achieved "colourful and delicate effects" by scoring Tritt auf die Glaubensbahn, BWV 152, a 1714 dialogue cantata of Jesus and the Soul, for solo recorder, oboe, viola d'amore (pictured) and viola da gamba?
- Comment: Bach cantata for the Sunday after Christmas, 30 December (also in 1714!)

- I added a picture of one of the four unusual instruments - no violin in the piece, did you notice? Wording for that appreciated ;) --Gerda Arendt (talk) 09:09, 21 December 2012 (UTC)
