  • Checks out for article length, date of creation, reliable sourcing of article and hook, prose style. Hook is interesting/catchy. Spot-checking reveals no copyvio or unduly close paraphrasing. Cbl62 (talk) 04:36, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
A minor point: the article lede says he was signed as a "street free agent". That term is wikilinked, but is a redirect to free agent, which gives no explanation of what a "street free agent" is. I suggest either explaining the term in this article ("Todd Carter") or adding an explanation to free agent. Thanks, cmadler (talk) 13:50, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
"Street free agent" is basically a term used when a team signs a player who pretty signed from the street, i.e. was not with another team or at a university the season before. However, undrafted free agent would work fine as well, so I'll switch it to that.--Giants27(T|C) 14:23, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
That was my guess, but I just wanted to be sure. My concern is addressed. cmadler (talk) 14:43, 18 August 2011 (UTC)
