The Boat Race 1852

[edit]

Improved to Good Article status by The Rambling Man (talk). Nominated by Bloom6132 (talk) at 19:34, 11 November 2014 (UTC).

  • New enough as GA on November 11, 2014. Long enough, NPOV, appropriate in line citations used, and no paraphrasing/plagiariasm/copyvio issues. I prefer ALT1 which is clearer. However I think you should make a small edit on ALT1 of changing "saw" --> "was won by an Oxford crew"... This would read much better. Cowlibob (talk) 12:40, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
  • Further to above. ALT1 hook is interesting, short enough, cited inline, formatted correctly, and NPOV. QPQ not required as not self nom. Good to go. Cowlibob (talk) 16:52, 15 November 2014 (UTC)
