Tarrytown Music Hall

[edit]

Music Hall from the southwest

Created/expanded by Daniel Case (talk). Self nom at 06:02, 18 November 2011 (UTC)

  • Not eligible: Expansion was from 4349 B on 12 November, to 9151 B on 18 November, only just over a 2x expansion, and nowhere near a 5x expansion. Harrias talk 20:11, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
Oops. I should have pointed out that about half of the last version before I started was copyvio text that I had to either remove or rewrite. So, I would suggest that the five-fold text expansion be counted based on that. Daniel Case (talk) 20:37, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
Okie doke. Just took a look, and it is quite clearly a copyvio from the official website. Given that the expansion and work on the article justifies its inclusion here. The length (9151 characters) is plenty long enough, and the date of expansion (18 November) is also fine. The alt hook is appropriately cited with an inline reference (#7), but I can't see an inline reference for the main hook: it is mentioned in the lead, but as far as I can tell, not again thereafter. Spotchecks reveal no evidence of copyvio or close paraphrasing in the article. Harrias talk 21:04, 29 November 2011 (UTC)
Done I added additional cites where the facts are mentioned (the article uses running footnotes, but I've been told that's not sufficient when a fact is cited for DYK). Daniel Case (talk) 21:05, 30 November 2011 (UTC)
Thanks, good to go now: nice work! Harrias talk 16:32, 1 December 2011 (UTC)
