Swamimalai Bronze Icons

[edit]

Created by Magentic Manifestations (talk). Self-nominated at 07:10, 20 February 2016 (UTC).

  • Magentic Manifestations, I regret having to say this two nominations in a row, but this nomination was made far too late to qualify for DYK. You created the article on January 29, and nominations are supposed to be made with seven days of creation, which would have been February 5. Instead, it was nominated after 22 days, on February 20. We do typically allow a little leeway for first-time nominators, but a matter of a few days, not over two weeks. With 3320 prose characters I cannot imagine that you could expand it further by five times over a period of seven days (to 16600 prose characters), so its only hope at DYK would be for it to eventually become a Good Article. I hope you'll keep this in mind next time you create an article, so you nominate it promptly, within those required seven days. Thank you for submitting to DYK; both of these articles look like they would have been good candidates if submitted in a timely fashion. BlueMoonset (talk) 00:42, 25 February 2016 (UTC)
