Suzie LeBlanc
[edit]- ... that Suzie LeBlanc was made a member of the Order of Canada for "contributing to the development of early-period music and Acadian culture as a singer and teacher"?

2x expanded and sourced (BLP) by HazelAB (talk). Self-nominated at 22:48, 1 May 2016 (UTC).
- Article was expanded from 1254 bytes to 4559 bytes readable prose, so it is long enough and meets the 2x BLP rule. Seems to be within policy, I detect no copyvios. QPQ done. Facts in hook verified in a cited reference. I'm new to reviewing, but this looks good to go for me. --Krelnik (talk) 12:45, 16 May 2016 (UTC)
- A quote like this doesn't need to be quoted.
- ALT1: ... that Canadian soprano and early music specialist Suzie LeBlanc was made a member of the Order of Canada for her contributions to music and Acadian culture? Yoninah (talk) 19:53, 16 May 2016 (UTC)
- Unfortunately, this doesn't qualify as a 2x BLP, since there already was a source on the page before expansion began. The character count before expansion was 1257 and now it is 4561, leaving a deficit of 345 characters to qualify for a 5x expansion. Are you able to add any more?
