Article was not 5x expanded, and nominator will not be able to expand it that much; closing

Suzanne Curchod

[edit]
  • ... that Suzanne Curchod transformed a monastery into a hospital in 18th century Paris?
  • 5x expanded by Acewind88 (talk). Self-nominated at 01:37, 10 March 2017 (UTC).
  • - Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but the article has only been roughly 2.5x expanded. On December 3 the article was 4068 B and it currently is 9787 B, it would need to be about double that to qualify as 5x expansion. Mifter (talk) 03:31, 10 March 2017 (UTC)
@Acewind88: Doing a 5x expansion for an article starting off at this length is difficult, but not impossible. If you think you have enough material to write the extra text in the next week or two (and it is a lot of text!), let us know and we can hold the nomination for you. An easier alternative could be to try to improve it to Good Article status and then nominate it here afterwards, since the length requirement does not apply for Good Article DYKs. I don't have enough material to double the length of the article unfortunately. I didn't realize the article had to be expanded 5x to count for a nomination. Sorry! Acewind88 (talk) 19:51, 16 March 2017 (UTC)
