Sucrose gap
[edit]- ... the sucrose gap, first developed by Robert Stempfli in 1954, is used to measure the effects of drugs on the activity of nerve and muscle membranes?

- Two problems: 1) no links in the hook (Robert Stampfli should be a link, but it redirects to sucrose gap; stub it or rephrase to hook to eliminate his name and use another link) and 2) the hook sentence in the article is not referenced (end of para ref is not enough for the hook). Please ping me for a rereview. --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 01:21, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- Thanks for your review. I've added a ref for Stamplfi's contribution. Ref #7 is attached to hook in article. I've added a couple of links. (BTW, I think that this is the only contribution of Stamplfi, otherwise I don't think he's notable for anything else; hence the redirect rather than stub) Thanks Illia Connell (talk) 20:38, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
- Good to go now, but Stamfli seems notable; see for example the bio entry here: Konrad Akert (1996). Swiss Contributions to the Neurosciences in Four Hundred Years: From the Renaissance to the Present. vdf Hochschulverlag AG. pp. 36–. ISBN 978-3-7281-2362-6. Retrieved 12 November 2012.. He may not deserve a book, but I think he deserves an encyclopedic entry (and it would allow us to blue link his name in the hook, always a plus). --Piotr Konieczny aka Prokonsul Piotrus| reply here 20:43, 12 November 2012 (UTC)
