- Thanks for reviewing my DYKN. It is worth noting that while in the article I said the company would be merged, I'm not actually certain this will happen immediately. From what I've seen, the deal is to close on June 1. I'm not certain if the merger of Pan Am Systems and its subsidiaries into CSX will be immediate.
