Steve Hogan
[edit]- ... that the Republican mayor of Aurora, Colorado, Steve Hogan – in the news over the 2012 Aurora shooting – was the Democratic congressional candidate against Republican Jack Swigert of Apollo 13 fame?
Created/expanded by Redverton (talk). Self nom at 22:56, 21 July 2012 (UTC)
- The 198 character hook is sourced at the end of the paragraph.
However, I think it needs to be re-stated somewhat so that readers understand why this man was in the news about the shootings. The article itself is no more clear on why he was in the news about that. Could you clarify that in the article, maybe do an Alt 1 hook, keeping it under 200 characters, but clarifying this man's ties to the shooting news? Other that that:
- QPQ not needed for this self-nom
- Article created on July 21, 2012 and has 2,623 characters of readable prose
- Duplication Detector run, and no obvious copyvio
- Every paragraph is sourced
- Timely, NPOV, but I sectioned off the Awards and recognition in the article
- The 198 character hook is sourced at the end of the paragraph.
