  • : Sorry, but the article is not new enough nor it is expanded 5x within the legal time. Mhhossein (talk) 06:44, 27 October 2015 (UTC)
  • Piotr:I thought you are referring to a consensus! Mhhossein (talk) 09:56, 2 November 2015 (UTC)
  • @Piotrus:: I doubt that the alleged consensus (which I don't find) agrees with nominating after 23 days. It's too late, isn't it? Mhhossein (talk) 06:54, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
  • @Piotrus:I would not call that biting. I was reminding some points to others! Anyway, I'm not the one who makes the final decision so you should not be concerned if there's a consensus over ignoring such rules for newbies. Mhhossein (talk) 07:10, 3 November 2015 (UTC)
  • The article was late in its nomination, but given that the user is brand new to wikipedia I think WP:IAR, WP:BITE, and the opinions in favor of this action by multiple editors support overlooking this one problem just this one time. Otherwise, this is a well written article that is properly sourced with inline citations throughout the article. The hook is verifiable to online ref. The image is usable. No copyright or close paraphrasing issues found. This article can be promoted.4meter4 (talk) 02:11, 28 November 2015 (UTC)
