- Article is new, long enough, and within policy. No copy violation detected. The hook is within the acceptable length, cited, interesting, and neutral. QPQ is done. Shuipzv3 (talk) 13:16, 18 December 2020 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: The article has a citation needed tag. SL93 (talk) 17:48, 20 December 2020 (UTC)
- SL93, what can I do? I translated from German, hoping to find refs, but for these facts, I didn't, only that the operas were performed then and there. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 20:42, 21 December 2020 (UTC)
- The only thing that I can think of is just removing what can't be referenced. It should still be long enough. SL93 (talk) 00:16, 22 December 2020 (UTC)

- We can do that. Every now and then, I am sad that we have to go by sources, and have to remove something that is certainly true, just we don't have sources for, while those who wrote it had them. --Gerda Arendt (talk) 06:51, 22 December 2020 (UTC)

- Hi, I came by to promote this. I added a "citation needed" tag to her 26-year career. The hook is really long, loaded down with too many facts. I suggest shortening it to:
- ALT1: ... that Rosl Zapf, a mezzo-soprano of the Oper Frankfurt for a quarter-century, appeared at the Salzburg Festival in Mozart's Die Zauberflöte with Georg Solti conducting? Yoninah (talk) 00:40, 23 December 2020 (UTC)
- The key think in that hook is that Solti - one of the few conductors later known by the masses - conducted both in Frankfurt and in Salzburg, and that she worked with such people. It's not dropping his name, but giving her a bit glamour. The courage to sing completely new works is also something I'd miss. What we could drop is the opera and the composer because Salzburg plays mostly Mozart. Singing premieres (plural) tells readers already about some length, because they don't come often.
- ALT2: ... that Rosl Zapf, a mezzo-soprano of the Oper Frankfurt who took part in world premieres, appeared at the Salzburg Festival with Georg Solti conducting? --Gerda Arendt (talk) 08:12, 23 December 2020 (UTC)
