Peter Wickens Fry
[edit]- ... that Peter Wickens Fry (pictured) reputedly experimented with photogenic drawing before Henry Fox Talbot developed the calotype process in 1841?

- New enough, easily long enough, hook checks out, copyright status of the image is fine (pre-1923, so fine for Wikipedia; Commons is usually happy to assume that 70pma has passed for images before c.1900 so fine on that front as well). Excellent work. HJ Mitchell | Penny for your thoughts? 18:25, 4 July 2013 (UTC)
