Operation Phou Phiang II

[edit]

  • Article is long enough and new enough. QPQ is done. The sources are not online so I can't tell if there is close paraphrasing. I did search for a few phrases in two of the books and I didn't find any copying problems.
  • I don't know if "preteen soldiers" should be wikilinked in the hook. I think we want to focus on new articles in the hook. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Rachel Helps (BYU) (talkcontribs) 16:29, 7 April 2016‎ (UTC)
  • Actually, Rachel, there is a link to a new article in this hook. Also, there is no requirement that EVERY wikilink in the hook lead to a new article, but only the hook's subject. Please take the time to understand the DYK requirements before you comment.Georgejdorner (talk) 18:02, 8 April 2016 (UTC)
  • Sorry about that. My comment was unclear. Obviously the Operation Phou Phiang II article is wikilinked. My question was about the link to the preteen soldiers wikilink. I've reread the guidelines as well as the supplementary rules and I can see now that there is no policy about what other words can be wikilinked in the hook, as long as they aren't red wikilinks. • Following the above discussion I don't see any problems with the hook. Rachel Helps (BYU) (talk) 15:36, 11 April 2016 (UTC)
