On the Pulse of Morning
[edit]... that Maya Angelou, when she recited her poem "On the Pulse of Morning" at President Bill Clinton's inauguration in 1993, was the first poet to read an inaugural poem since Robert Frost at President John F. Kennedy's in 1961?

- The hook, at 224 characters, is over the limit of 200. The following is 193. I added a (pictured), which doesn't count in the character total.

- Length is plenty (9,579 characters) and a 5x expansion was carried out on 26 October. The article is well referenced throughout, and there is no evidence of copyvio or close paraphrasing on either of the two online references.
