Murciélago Velázquez
[edit]- ... that in 1940 professional wrestler Murciélago Velázquez was the first Mexican to lose his mask in a match, creating the Luchas de Apuestas concept that headlines shows all over Mexico to this day?
- ALT1:...That professional wrestler Murciélago Velázquez would on occasion release live bats into the audience as part of his entrance ritual?
- ALT2:...That as part of a story line professional wrestler Murciélago Velázquez was credited with knocking Merced Gómez' eye out?

- Long enough, new enough, AGF free of copyvios. QPQ is complete. ALT1 and ALT2 hooks are OK, but ALT0 is too long. At 206 characters, it's over the 200 character limit. If you want to use that hook, I suggest trimming it down first. Ashorocetus (talk | contribs) 22:21, 11 March 2016 (UTC)
- @Ashorocetus:, I thought I counted that, but obviously I ran out of fingers ;-). So piping "wrestling mask" to "mask" should work, it's 200 visible characters right?? I like Alt0 the best, started something that's so fundamental to Lucha Libre. MPJ-US 00:01, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
- OK, looks good to go. I also prefer ALT0 over the other two hooks. Ashorocetus (talk | contribs) 00:04, 12 March 2016 (UTC)
