Multicoloured Tanager
[edit]- ... that the multicoloured tanager is a species of bird endemic to Colombia, threatened by habitat destruction and fragmentation?
5x expanded by Conbio336 (talk). Self nominated at 20:09, 27 March 2015 (UTC).
- The article was nominated within days of a sufficient expansion. The entire article is well-covered by citations. The photograph is the author's own work. Grammar and style checks out, and the hook is decent too. There is, however, a slight problem with failed verification. The citation #5, one of the two I can access, does not appear to mention any sexual dimporhism (or females at all). Am I missing something? If it is not my fault, I would like someone with access to the other sources to verify the rest of the article and the hook. Conbio336 is a relatively new user, so I cannot pass it on the AGF principle. Surtsicna (talk) 22:43, 1 April 2015 (UTC)
- I've fixed the citation, it wasn't the proper one! Thanks for spotting in! Conbio336 (talk) 21:30, 2 April 2015 (UTC)Conbio336
- The faulty citation has been dealt with and this article meets the other DYK criteria and I think it is ready to go. Although I have no more access than Surtsicna to the offline sources, I find the sources that I can access are used in a satisfactory manner in the article.
