Manuel Quiroga (violinist)

[edit]
  • ... that the career of the Galician Spanish violinist Manuel Quiroga was cut short by a traffic accident in New York in 1937, after which he turned to painting and composing?

  • Article look interesting & reasonably well written. Hook is interesting and of adequate length. However, the paragraph from which the hook is taken lacks a citation; the monograph used as the main source supports some of this information, but not all of it. So a citation needs to be added for this to be approved. --Errant (chat!) 10:34, 15 January 2013 (UTC)
  • Citation is not forthcoming after over a month (JackofOz has stopped work on it, and won't be getting back to it according to a post made on my talk page). Since it's the hook fact that isn't supported, we can't approve it as is. Regretfully closing nomination. BlueMoonset (talk) 20:54, 17 February 2013 (UTC)
