Lu Xun (Three Kingdoms)

[edit]

A Qing Dynasty illustration of Lu Xun

  • ... that Lu Xun (pictured), a Chinese politician and general known for upholding Confucian ethics, once ordered an attack which led to the deaths and capture of over 1,000 civilians?

  • Thorough article which was appropriately expanded and generally looks good. Sources are all in Chinese, so I will AGF on those. I do have two concerns: there are still paragraphs left without any sources. Every paragraph in the article should have at least one inline citation according to DYK policy. There's also a malfunction on the template of the image. Lastly: the sections should be structured more clearly. Use some more subsections (take a look at Dwight D. Eisenhower for reference, if you want). Please address these concerns. —♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 21:53, 6 May 2013 (UTC)
Thank you for the review. I've added references to those paragraphs without sources, except for the "Modern references" section because the details are better covered in the blue-linked articles. I've also added more subsections. What do you mean by the "malfunction on the template of the image"? It's in the public domain, isn't it? I'm not the person who uploaded it, so I'm not sure if there are any problems with it. LDS contact me 05:20, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
  • Yes, I like the way the article is structured now. Good job! Regarding the image: there's still error text up the templates. It's not relevant that you weren't the uploader: the image will have to be free of any errors if it is to feature on DYK. Please make sure the issue ("{{PD-Art}} template without parameter: please specify why the underlying work is public domain in both the source country and the United States (Usage: {{PD-Art}}, where parameter #1 can be PD-old-auto, PD-old-auto-1923, PD-old-100 or similar)") is resolved. Lastly, I would also like an inline citation for Lu Xun's adherence to Confucian ethics. As far as I'm able to see, there are none right now.—♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 09:45, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
I've resolved those problems. Is it ok now? LDS contact me 14:24, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
Excellent! You've earned this.—♦♦ AMBER(ЯʘCK) 14:36, 7 May 2013 (UTC)
