No prejudice against renominating if it becomes a GA.

5x expanded by Okeeffemarc (talk). Self-nominated at 13:47, 8 April 2018 (UTC).

  • @Okeeffemarc: I'm sorry, but the article prose has not been expanded five-fold within seven days of your nomination. I can sympathize with the amount of work you have done to the page (over 32,000 bytes added in one edit). However, this revision contains 2,198 characters of prose, while the current version contains 4,065 characters. You would need to add at least 7,000 more characters of prose in order to make this eligible for a five-fold expansion. It doesn't look like it would be sufficient to convert the bullet points in the article to prose, but what you can do is nominate this article for Good Article status, and once this page is a Good Article, renominate it for DYK. Although the byte count has been increased five-fold. the prose itself has not, so I hope you don't take this negatively. epicgenius (talk) 21:50, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
@Epicgenius: Must admit i thought it was down to byte count rather than prose character count. Thanks for taking a look. rules are rules! Okeeffemarc (talk) 22:29, 10 April 2018 (UTC)
