Lombardi Grand Prix

[edit]

Francis Lombardi-built OTAS Grand Prix

  • ... that if not for a tank accident in Cyprus, the Lombardi Grand Prix (pictured) would have probably lasted longer?

Created by Mr.choppers (talk). Self nominated at 04:50, 21 February 2014 (UTC).

  • Everything looks good to me. Length and date are fine. Hook is interesting and sourced in the Grand Prix section. QPQ done, image is free. - JuneGloom Talk 00:18, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
  • Image cannot be used because it is not in the article. (Only free images that are in the article are eligible for DYK.) If it is added to the article, then a "(pictured)" needs to be added to the hook. JuneGloom07, did you also do neutrality and close paraphrasing checks, as DYK requires? You don't mention them. BlueMoonset (talk) 03:59, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
I added the image to the article (I was not hitherto aware of that rule, had been hoping to add variety in pictures and am proud of this shot). As for neutrality etcetera I obviously cannot be the judge. Best,  Mr.choppers | ✎  04:38, 23 February 2014 (UTC)
Apologies. I checked the article at the time and again just now. I can see it is neutral, with inline citations throughout. I checked the text against several of the sources and can see no copyright violations or plagiarism. AGF with the offline sources. - JuneGloom Talk 02:06, 26 February 2014 (UTC)
  • JuneGloom, I can't tell from this review whether the gray AGF tick or the green tick would be appropriate, based on the AGF comment. Could you please return and include the appropriate icon in a new comment? Many thanks. BlueMoonset (talk) 15:11, 1 March 2014 (UTC)
The hook is sourced with an online source, so I think the green tick would be appropriate. - JuneGloom Talk 15:48, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
Great. Thank you. BlueMoonset (talk) 20:38, 3 March 2014 (UTC)
