- This article is new enough and long enough. I have rearranged the citations which were a bit confusing, and I do not think they support the hook facts, because the opera appears to have premiered in Munich. The image is in the public domain, the article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. A QPQ has been done. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:39, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
- @Gerda Arendt: You might have been misled by my edit summary which I had prepared before I realised there was a problem with the hook. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 06:36, 21 July 2018 (UTC)
- You are right, it appears that the opera premiered in Munich. However, the first performance was on 27 July, and the so-called premiere in Munich on 27 September. What should we do? It's a matter of pride to have the premiere. So, although the original hook is correct (at least if "premiere" is equal to "first performance"), instead:

- Approving ALT1, which I prefer, and ALT2. Request is for July 27th, the date of the first performance. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 05:08, 22 July 2018 (UTC)
