[edit]- ... that wrestler King Kaluha was the hand-picked opponent for Dr. Death's comeback match after battling throat cancer? "In his first match back following throat cancer, Williams defeated Mike Kaluha on August 27, 2005, in King of Prussia, PA." and (by Sol Corrente, the promoter who arranged the match) "I assured him that I had the perfect opponent in mind for him. It was Mike Kaluha from Pennsylvania ... Steve had his comeback match and afterwards came to me and apologized for giving me so much grief and to let me know I had made the right choice of opponent and how appreciative he was."

- Comment: Article was written by an IP and moved to article space on 18 April 2017 as part of the AfC project. A hook was proposed in this WT:DYK thread by another IP. I (user:EdChem) have added incoming links to the article and checked the hook ref, and nominated it as requested. King Kaluha is the ring name of Mike Alegado, explaining the references to him as "Mike Kaluha"
